Benchability is a very small band of professionals with the majority of its consulting services being led by Shaun Devlin, who has held positions with firms such as Lightrock, LGT, Intermediate Capital Group, Aureos Capital, Actis, GlaxoSmithKline and the CDC Group. Shaun has over 22 years of Human Resources experience, 15 of which at senior level, holding Head of HR or Global HR Manager roles with market leading organisations.
